Here’s the process:
Every business wants to show up higher on Maps — roofers, restaurants, attorneys, med spas, realtors… everyone.
I typically spend only 30-minutes a day, Monday through Friday.
(Hint: It's done through email and I never have to speak with anyone...ever!)
Upon payment, I send the client a short Google form to fill out.
They give me Name, Address, Phone, and a few other things like email and website.
This takes the client maybe two minutes.
The Google form automatically writes the client's information onto a spreadsheet for me.
I take the information straight off the spreadsheet and paste it into my proven prompts. There are four prompts that I use in order.

I use a templated, cut-and-paste system for communicating with clients.
